partner pharmacy. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and operate under UK law.

We do not offer services to individuals outside the UK.

4. Our Services

We provide:

• Online consultations through licensed healthcare professionals
• Supply of weight loss medications (subject to approval)
• Ongoing patient support

Medications are supplied under a PGD (legal framework that allows a registered healthcare professional to issue medication) and will only be supplied following a successful consultation.

5. Prescription & Supply of Medication

• All PGDs are issued by UK-registered prescribers.
• Medications are dispensed by our licensed partner pharmacy.
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not clinically appropriate.

Access to Summary Care Record (SCR)

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that our prescribers may, where clinically
appropriate, access your NHS Summary Care Record (SCR). This may be necessary to verify
information provided in your questionnaire, confirm your medical history, or assess your
suitability for weight loss injections such as Wegovy or Mounjaro. Access will only be made
where required for safe prescribing, and always in line with NHS data protection and
confidentiality standards.
