Delivery Policy

At Truvva, we are committed to ensuring your weight loss injections are delivered safely, securely,
and promptly.

1. Delivery Timeframe

Due to the nature of our services and the legal classification of prescription medicines:

  • All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of your prescription being approved by our
    registered prescriber.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, (excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Cold Chain Storage

  • All injections require temperature-controlled storage to maintain their effectiveness and safety.
  • Injections are refrigerated prior to being delivered.

3. Delivery Method

  • All medications are shipped via tracked 24 to minimise
    transit time.
  • The courier that we use for our deliveries is Royal Mail. 
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address, as injections must be
    refrigerated immediately upon arrival.

4. Missed Deliveries

  • If you miss a delivery, follow the courier’s instructions to rearrange as soon as possible.
  • Truvva cannot be held responsible for product quality if deliveries are delayed due to missed collection or
    incorrect delivery information.

5. Delivery Charges

  • There is no charge for delivery.

6. Damaged or Temperature-Compromised Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe the temperature control has been compromised, contact our
    customer support team immediately at info@truvva.codebuddys.in
  • Do not use the medication until we have confirmed it is safe.
